A: HomeBase Exclusive Privileges is a membership organization specializing in exclusively discounted home décor products and services. Unlike other membership organizations, members are not limited to shopping at one location, but rather have the flexibility to choose from many local participating merchant locations. This allows members the opportunity to shop and compare from a broad range of different products, services, and prices. A one year membership is $95 and includes a personalized identification card, exclusive discounts, promotional e-mails, cash giveaways, and more.
Q: Where can I shop?
A: HomeBase Exclusive Privileges merchants are a collection of carefully selected home décor and service businesses throughout North-East Florida that are considered some of the most recognized, trusted, and well established names in the industry. These businesses offer HomeBase Exclusive Privileges members better pricing and/or incentives from a broad range of products and services. This is made possible through the pre-negotiated agreements established with each individual merchant. The HomeBase Exclusive Privileges team is constantly working with current merchants as well as potentially new merchants who can add value and quality for members.

Q: Is there additional benefits as a member?
A: Yes. A Promotional E-Mail from HomeBase Exclusive Privileges is sent to each member once monthly for exclusive limited time special offers, clearance items, and upcoming sales events. Select merchants give members first choice, before the general public. As a member you also become eligible to win $100, $250, or $500 in our monthly Member Cash Drawing.
Q: Does HomeBase Exclusive Privileges sell or share member information with outside parties?
A: No. Member information is strictly confidential.

Q: When I purchase my membership, how long does it take to get it?
A: 2-4 weeks.
Q: Do I have to wait to get my membership in order to receive my buying privileges?
A: No. You will receive a 30 day validation receipt when buying the membership. This will allow you to begin buying immediately.
Q: Do participating merchants pay HomeBase Exclusive Privileges a commission for member purchases?
A: No.
Q: Can a participating merchant share membership pricing over the phone?
A: No. It is to the benefit of both parties to see the product, job requirements, and proper photo identification.
